GAME DAY
CREDENTIAL PICK-UP
Credential pick-up is located in at the Sheraton Arlington Hotel Lobby. No credential changes or additions will be made 72 hours prior to the game. A photo ID must be shown to pick up credentials.
Credentials may be picked up at the Sheraton Hotel Lobby. Credential pickup at the hotel will end at 4:00 p.m. the day before the game. On game day, credential pickup will be at the Globe Life Park, Third Base Gate – Media Entrance until kickoff. It is suggested to pick up credentials before game day as you will not be able to access the Media parking lot without a parking pass.
PARKING
Passes will be provided to credentialed photographers at the Globe Life Park Lot L – Sequoia. Members of the media are encouraged to pick up parking passes at the press conference or the host hotel before game day. Without the parking pass you will not have access to the parking lot and will have to pay $15 to park your vehicle.
MEDIA ENTRANCE
All media must enter Globe Life Park through the Media Entrance located next to the Third Base Entrance.
MEDIA WORK AREA
Media members will be directed to the Media Work area and seated on a first come, first served basis with COMPLIMENTARY wireless internet. The workroom will be open at 2:00 p.m. on Game Day. Media includes photographer and videographer staff members.
DO NOT LEAVE EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED IN THE WORK ROOM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS. Photos and/or video from Lone Star Sports events are not for resale without the express written consent of Lone Star Sports, Inc.

Check-in
The Photographer check-in area (Media entrance near Third Base) is where photographers will pick up their vests prior to gaining access to the field. In order to have a camera on the field, you MUST have a credential. Photographers will access the field via the basement area.
Sideline Access
Arlington Football Showdown photo credentials must be visible at all times. Event organizers will adhere to the NCAA’s sideline control policy, which states that:
Sideline photographers are restricted outside the 25-yard lines in the areas designated and are reminded to stay behind the dotted restraining line around the field. No media personnel, including journalists, radio and television personnel, or their equipment, shall be in the team area or coaching box.
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER INFORMATION
Post-game Interview/Press Conference
Following a ten (10) minute cooling-off period, post-game interviews will take place in the Globe Life Park Press Room immediately following the post-game trophy presentation. All interviews will be coordinated by the team Sports Information Director and the Lone Star Sports Media Director.
Lunch
Media members may purchase food for sale at the stadium, if desired.
PRESS BOX
The main press box in the Globe Life Park is located at the Suite Level. Media members can use the Globe Life Park Media Entrance elevator to get to the press box.
PRESS BOX SERVICES
Members of the Arlington Football Showdown and volunteer staff will be on hand in the Press areas, Field Level press, workrooms, and interview areas to assist with your questions and needs.
All media seats in the press box will have a game program.
All photographers and videographers can pick up photo vests and at the photographer check-in point located near the Media elevator entrance.
Statistics will be distributed at the conclusion of each quarter in all areas. Post-game quotes and final books will be distributed as soon as possible at the conclusion of the game.
This year’s trophy presentations to the winning team will be held on the field. The team post-game press conferences are conducted in the Globe Life Park Press Room.
INTERNET ACCESS
Free hard-wire (and wireless) internet access is available in the Press Box areas, compliments of the Globe Life Park. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ETHERNET CABLE TO PLUG IN. If you have trouble logging on, please ask a SID or Globe Life Park representative for assistance.
POSt-GAME
Post-game Interview/Press Conference
The following guidelines have been established by the Globe Life Park and the Arlington Football Showdown.

INTERVIEW ROOMS & ACCESS
The losing coach and two players will be available on the main platform of the Globe Life Park Press Room following their cooling-off period. The winning coach and two players will be available after the cooling off period.
Final stats will be made available in the interview area as soon as possible.
